"Having been extended to the rear in recent years this 1930's semi-detached house would make an excellent home within one of Chester's most popular districts and provides accommodation which comprises; entrance hall, cloakroom, living room, dining area, kitchen with space for a breakfast table, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a gas fired central heating system with combination boiler and double glazed windows with leaded panels designed to match the original. The rear garden has two large patios and a lawn backs onto the Greenway cycle path and is not directly overlooked.

ENTRANCE There is a canopy porch with a quarry tiled step and a timber front door with single glazed panels which opens into the entrance hall where there is a radiator, coved ceiling, understairs cupboard, double glazed window to the side with original design leaded light and stripped panel door off to the ground floor accommodation.
