"This well presented two bedroom semi detached house, within easy access of all local amenities, would be an ideal first time buyer property. The living accommodation comprises of two reception rooms with the Lounge being to the front of the house, which has a feature fire place with marble effect surround, bay window and external door. The Diner has a window to the rear, wood effect flooring, with ample space for dining room furniture and also houses the stairs to the first floor. The Kitchen has a tiled floor and is fitted with a range of base, wall and drawer units with a stainless steel single sink & drainer, space for a four ring electric oven, space for a washing machine and space for a fridge/freezer. There is also a window to the side with an external door leading out to the rear garden. On the first floor we find the two double bedrooms with the Master being at the front of the property, which has two windows affording ample natural day light.
