"An established semi with 31 m

(100 ft) rear garden and wonderful potential to improve and extend. Superbly located for Addenbrooke's, the M11 and the City.

The house stands nicely back from Shelford Road, close to its junction with The Brambles with a garage and driveway in front.

It has been in the same ownership since 1940 and is now ready for complete refurbishment so offers wonderful potential to create a fantastic City home. These houses are also excellent starting points for extensions.

The ground floor has a bay windowed sitting room with doors opening through to a separate dining room, both rooms have period picture rails and open fireplaces. The kitchen has a utility area and beyond this a ground floor WC. A porch has been added at the front that links the house to the garage and leads round to the side.

The first floor has three bedrooms, two doubles and, unlike many houses of this age, a decent single, plus the bathroom.
