"Occupying an enviable position within a small and private gated complex in the village of Gawcott, this property is only 1.8 miles from Buckingham town centre. Of brick elevations under a tiled roof, the accommodation is arranged over three floors.

The ground floor accommodation comprises: entrance hall, sitting room with access into the dining room which in turn is open to a well fitted kitchen. Access to a spacious utility room and double doors to the conservatory.   

A staircase rises from the hall to the first floor landing, serving two bedrooms and the family bathroom.   A further staircase rises to the second floor landing affording access to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and bedroom four.

From the rear of the property there are far reaching views across neighbouring paddock land.

Within the village of Gawcott there is a Church, infant school, public house and recreation ground. Further facilities can be found in nearby Buckingham

For more comprehensive facilities the towns of Bicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Oxford are close by. There are also good communication links with the A43.
