Directions
Proceed from Bryn Mawr  (King Street into Beaufort Hill ) towards Ebbw Vale passing the petrol station, take the first left after the Farmers Arms and turn left again into Lansbury Terrace. Continue to the end of the road and the property is on the left hand side. 

Situated in Beaufort the property is of a Cornish Construction and we believe that under The 1989 Housing Act that a loan or Mortgage cannot be secured against the property. 

Ebbw Vale town centre is approximately two miles from the property and benefits from a range of shops, banks, schools and leisure facilities. Brynmawr town centre is within one mile of the property and benefits from a smaller range of shops, banks schools and supermarkets. The A465 (T) Heads of the Valleys Road is within one and a half miles and has good road links to Abergavenny, Merthyr Tydfil, Newport, Cardiff and the M4. There is a railway station at Ebbw Vale with an hourly service to Cardiff.
