Having three double bedrooms, a bespoke kitchen with appliances, attractive lounge and conservatory. Also having gardens and a garage as well as being situated in a cul de sac location. Location

The property is located in Barlaston on the Wedgewood estate and has access to country walks, a lake, railway links within Barlaston, schools and commuter routes on the M6 via junction 15 and A34. There are also public transport links within reach.

Our View

This mid town house just has be viewed to appreciate the accommodation that's on offer. It certainly has been well presented and improved by the present occupiers. It has an attractive entrance hall with a separate WC, the lounge has a feature fireplace and French doors leading into the conservatory which overlooks the garden to the rear. The bespoke fitted kitchen has a range of wall and base units, an American fridge, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher as well as an oven and hob integrated. To the first floor, there is a bathroom with a slipper bath with shower facility over and there is also a low level WC and wash hand basin. There are three good sized bedrooms - two of which have built in wardrobes. Outside there is a gravelled garden and driveway which leads to a brick built garage. The rear garden is mainly paved with gravel and a rear access gate. Early viewing is a must on this property and not to be missed!

From Longton, proceed along Trentham Road and at the second set of traffic lights by the Douglas MacMillan Hospice, turn left onto Barlaston Old Road. Take the third right towards Wedgewood and take a right onto Wedgewood Drive. Take the first right and immediately right again turning into Flaxman Close. Etruscan Walk can be found on the right hand side.
