"A well presented mid terraced house nicely positioned along a peaceful cul de sac in the heart of Ivybridge. The property has been recently modernised throughout by its current owners and enjoys a delightful southerly facing aspect.

DESCRIPTION & OUTSIDE
Approaching the property from the front a path leads to the property alongside an area of garden which is mostly laid to lawn with an initial gravelled area. Upon entry to the home from the front, an entrance hallway greets you and provides storage for coats and shoes and houses the stairs to the first floor accommodation.
