"Extended into the roof space to create a versatile family home laid over three floors, this beautifully presented semi detached property boasts four generous bedrooms and is located at the end of a peaceful cul de sac within Ivybridge.


DESCRIPTION
Upon entry through the front door, an entrance hallway greets you and houses the stairs rising to the first floor; double doors then lead into the sitting room which is a wonderfully bright space with a feature wood burning stove. A set of bi folding double doors connect the sitting room with the open plan kitchen diner which is fitted with modern wall and base units and integrated appliances including oven, induction hob and cooker hood. There are also spaces for a washing machine and an American style fridge freezer. Double patio doors lead directly into the garden and there is also an area for a sizeable dining table. Moving to the first floor accommodation, a central landing provides access to two double bedrooms, both with fitted storage cupboard, a further single bedroom or home office and a modern family shower room. SITUATION
Priory Close is a peaceful cul de sac, centrally located within Ivybridge and a convenient place to call home. There is additional parking readily available on the road and the houses are nicely spaced out. Ivybridge is a fast growing town within the South Hams which is well known as the gateway to the moor , thanks to being in the foothills of Dartmoor National Park. The town boasts a bustling town centre with a large variety of boutique shops, caf s, restaurants and other amenities. Ivybridge Leisure Centre is located right in the centre of town and offers an array of sporting facilities including two indoor pools, a gym and squash courts. Easy access onto the A38 dual carriage way makes the town ideal for commuters who are looking to travel into nearby Plymouth, Exeter and many other areas across the South West. Ivybridge also has it s own train station which links the town with London Paddington and Penzance, and regular bus services operate across the town. There are a number of popular primary schools, with the closest to this property being Woodlands Primary School, and Ivybridge Community College is a very well regarded secondary school.

OUTSIDE
