A well designed house with three double bedrooms, an L shaped sitting room, separate dining room and kitchen. There is ample driveway parking and a lawned garden. The property is located in a popular residential area within walking distance of local infant, junior and secondary schools and the town centre. The property is presented in good condition throughout.

The house is approached from the driveway, with the front door opening into the entrance hall, where there is a cloakroom under the stairs, a coats cupboard and stairs to the first floor. The boiler is in a cupboard by the front door. The kitchen has a range of fitted kitchen units and drawers, with worktops above and a window to the front. The L shaped sitting room has a feature fireplace and French doors which open to the garden. The dining room has been created from the former garage, and is located off the hall.

Upstairs, there is an airing cupboard on the landing housing the hot water cylinder. The main double bedroom is at the front of the house and has the benefit of built in wardrobes. Bedrooms two and three are at the rear of the house and enjoy views over the garden. The bathroom has a white suite comprising a bath with a shower fitting above, a wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

The cathedral city of Winchester is about 7 miles away and there is easy access to the south coast, the midlands and London via the road network. There is also mainline rail access to London from both Winchester and Alton. Southampton airport is only about half an hour away by car.
