" A spacious property facing directly onto a green. As well as providing an ideal play space for children, Benenden Green is popular with families, due to it being within walking distance of local infant, junior and secondary schools and the town centre.

This well-designed house has three double bedrooms and spacious ground floor accommodation including an L-shaped living room and a conservatory. The property is presented in good condition throughout and other benefits include driveway parking, a garage, a conservatory and private south-facing garden.

The property is approached from the driveway, with the front door opening into the entrance hall, where there is a cloakroom under the stairs, a coats cupboard and stairs to the first floor. The boiler is in a cupboard by the front door. The kitchen has a range of fitted kitchen units and a window to the front. The large living room has a feature fireplace, space for seating and dining and French doors which open to the sizeable conservatory from where double doors open to the garden.

The cathedral city of Winchester is about 7 miles away and there is easy access to the south coast, the midlands and London via the road network. There is also mainline rail access to London from both Winchester and Alton. Southampton airport is only about half an hour away by car.
