SITUATION
Willow End is accessed off a private cul-de-sac serving a handful of properties in a quiet area and within level walking distance of the centre of the coastal village of Tintagel.

Tintagel, famed for its association with the coastal cliff castle and the Arthurian legend, provides a range of facilities including shops, convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, hotels together with doctors surgery, church, chapel, primary school and various social clubs.

East of Launceston the City of Exeter (forty two miles) provides intercity rail link, international airport and M5 motorway link. South of Launceston the City of Plymouth (twenty eight miles) provides intercity rail link, expanding local airport and continental ferry port.

DESCRIPTION
Understood to have been constructed in 1973 Willow End is of decorated, rendered and dashed cavity blockwork walls (insulated) beneath pitched roof with concrete tile cladding. The property is set is grounds of approximately 1/3 of an acre.

Having turned left into Fosters Lane take an unsurfaced cul-de-sac road on the left hand side (in effect going straight ahead) just before a right hand bend and only some 80 yards after turning into Fosters Lane. Within the unsurfaced cul-de-sac drive straight ahead where the entrance gate to Willow End will be found on the right hand side.
