" In our opinion this two double bedroom maisonette is in the nicest position out of the Cotswold Court development. It is nicely set back from Burford Road and enjoys open views to the front and includes Horsham's Church and country views in the distant. Being almost West facing means sunny afternoons and evenings are often enjoyed. There is generous storage areas including a cloak cupboard, airing cupboard, wardrobes in both bedrooms and loft storage space. The building itself has over the last 18 months gone under considerable improvements such as a new roof, gutters and fascia boards have been replaced with UPVC. Henry Adams are the managing agent for the lease of these properties. A garage is included with the property which can be seen from the property and is used to park a car. There are other off road parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis.
Horsham town centre and train station are within close proximity to the property, there are also regular buses that leave from Depot Road.
