" This is a purpose built two bedroom split level maisonette with its accommodation laid out over two floors. These maisonettes are very popular. It is within close proximity to the town centre and Horsham station. Ideal for the commuter. The property is nicely decorated and presented with a homely feel to it. There is a good degree of natural light since the double glazed windows are large, giving that feeling of space. You walk into the entrance and follow your own staircase up to the living/dining room, which is a superb size, nearly 24' in length. The kitchen is just off this room and is nicely fitted. The second floor has both double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, giving good floor space. The communal gardens are very attractive and well maintained. In fact, the communal areas are all well looked after, much external decorating has just been completed. This property also has a garage, which is fantastic given how close it is to the town. This is an attractive, well looked after home in a very convenient, yet leafy location. You won't be disappointed!

What the Owner says:

We have lived here since 2007 and are moving to Kent to be closer to family. We love the location here and the size of the place. When we have had visitors there has been plenty of room. It feels very much like a house except it is laid out over the first and second floors with an entrance and staircase of its own. We have looked after it inside and the management company look after the outside very well. There is lots of greenery here too. The town and railway station are very close with the local convenience store too. To us it was the best of its kind and we viewed lots before choosing this one.
