Accessed from the gated driveway into entrance hall you are quickly aware of the space and good natural light.
On the ground floor there is a Lounge with open access to a sun room with views across the lawned gardens and beyond. From the sun room you can also access the dining room via sliding doors.
The kitchen has a 5 ring gas hob, inset electric double oven, integrated washing machine and a dishwasher. The real added bonus is the 'walk-in' larder area ideal for housing fridge/freezer etc.There is also a shower room with WC which completes the ground floor.
