" This attractive terraced house retains many period features with large windows providing good natural light. The property has an attractive brick fa?ade and much charm which is apparent the moment you step through the door into the sitting/dining room, which features a picture window and a pretty cast iron fireplace with open fire. The modern kitchen has a range of wall and base units with wood worktops and co-ordinating tiled splash back and a tiled floor. There are a number of integrated appliances including an oven, gas hob and washing machine. Designed in an L-shape there is space for a table for day-to-day dining, as well as access to the rear garden via an arched glazed door.

A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom having a useful dressing area. On this floor is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Stairs lead up to the second floor where there is a particularly light and spacious bedroom with double aspect.

Situation
The property is situated in the heart of historic Godstone village which provides a range of local shops, several pubs and a tea shop. There is a village primary school, tennis courts and the picturesque green close by with pond and playground. Moments from the village are extensive green belt walks and bridleways with footpath leading to Godstone Church. The larger towns of Caterham (3 miles) and Oxted (3.5 miles) provide a more comprehensive range of shopping facilities.

TRAIN SERVICES: Oxted railway station offers frequent services to Victoria and London Bridge. Godstone Station (2.5 miles) has services to Tonbridge and Redhill (change for Gatwick and the south coast) and some direct services to London.
