SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION Chillington has a thriving local community and more facilities than many similar villages in the area which include an excellent village Inn, post office/general stores, and centrally located health centre. There are excellent primary schools in the neighbouring villages of Stokenham and West Charleton, and is on the main bus route to Kingsbridge and Dartmouth.
