" A spacious detached bungalow situated in a quiet cul de sac a short walk from the village centre. This property benefits from a large garage, off road parking, private rear garden, oil fired central heating and double glazing. The accommodation briefly comprises a spacious entrance hall, living room, sun room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two shower rooms.

Chillington is a popular village five miles to the east of Kingsbridge on the A379 and one and a half miles from the beach at Torcross. The village has a good shop/Post Office, a well run pub serving good food, village hall and green, an excellent health centre and regular bus service connecting it with both Kingsbridge and Dartmouth.
