Situation

Repton Hall is located just off Falcondale Road giving easy access to
the local amenities in Wesbury village, with a good range of local
shops, post office and restaurants. Other facilities including Henbury
golf club and the David Lloyd Next Generation are within two miles travelling distance.
The nearby A4018 is the arterial route to the M5 motorway network and The Mall at Cribbs Causeway. Parkway station offers excellent train
links to London Paddington.

Accommodation

Repton Hall was originally constructed in 1802 by local landscape
architect Humphrey Repton. In 2003 the property was redeveloped by
Countryside Properties creating 12 luxury apartments set in a
substantial area of parkland with open views as far as the Severn Estuary.

Access to this exclusive development is via electric gates with an

accessed from the sitting room and the hall. It has an excellent range
of Beech effect floor and wall units with granite effect rolled edge laminated work surfaces and splashback tiling.
Integral appliances by AEG include a fitted four ring gas hob and
electric oven, overhead extractor, dishwasher, and in addition there
is a plumbed American style fridge/freezer which is available for
purchase by separate negotiation. There are two double bedrooms, both
offering extensive fitted wardrobes and cupboard storage. The master
bedroom has an attractive en suite shower room, with a fully tiled
spacious shower cubicle pedestal wash basin, low level w.c., and
ceramic tiled flooring. The family bathroom again has a white suite
with double ended bath, with a separate shower over, pedestal wash
basin and low level w.c,.with ceramic flooring. In addition there is a
utility cupboard housing the combination gas fired central heating boiler
and a washer/drier and shelving.
