The current owner of this 2 bedroom house really have gone to town redecorating this property from top to bottom to ensure that the new owners don't have anything to do when they move in. The owners have installed a beautiful new kitchen as well as a luxurious new bathroom suite. When I bought this property I was looking for something that I could bring back to life and that had real potential. I think I definitely found it with this property and although there were others available at the time this property stood out, not just in terms of the size of accommodation, but also in terms of the location as I loved the fact that it was in a quiet cul-de-sac where there is no through traffic.
I have done a lot of work to the property and whoever buys it wouldn't have to lift a finger upon moving in and as there is a new damp proof course they can live here in confidence for many years to come.
