" Warm, homely, cosy and welcoming are all words that can describe this lovely home. You will be amazed at just how spacious this 2 bedroom house is and how it really promotes family life. The galley style kitchen leads out to the open plan lounge/diner which is great for when the kids are doing their homework whilst mum and dad wrestle with the evening tea trying to help with the latest maths question. The house has a handy loft room which is great to store extra toys or even be used as a hobby room or office space, if working from home is an option and doesn't impact on the space of the rest of the home. There is a lovely rear garden which is safe and secure for the children to run about in. It also has stunning views of Dover Castle and it would be a great vantage point to watch fireworks during the festive season. To the rear of the garden is a large cabin shed which the current owners use as a summer house for the children to play in or you could even use it as an additional hobby room. The house is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac which is great if you want to enjoy the peace and catch up with the latest novel whilst the children are at school.

What the Owner says:

I bought this house for many reasons but mainly because it was in a quiet cul-de-sac. The layout also encourages my family to be interactive and creative as we are always able to do things as a family, whether its sitting together and having a meal or watching a movie or doing arts and crafts. It is in a fantastic location for schools as its within walking distance. The only reason why we are moving is because we need an extra bedroom.
