Barnard Castle
Birch Road is situated parallel to Newgate, within level walking distance of the town centre. Barnard Castle is an historic market town supporting a range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities, dominated by the Castle Ruins, Bowes Museum and River Tees.

There are many renowned beauty spots close at hand, beyond which can be found the attractions of North Yorkshire, the Lake District, Weardale and Northumberland as well as the East Coast.

For the commuter, A66, A67 and A1(M) provide links with the major commercial centres of the North East. Darlington mainline railway station and Durham Tees Valley International Airport offer further communications with the rest of the country.

The Property

Adjoining the bathroom there is a separate WC.

The master bedroom is a good sized double room which lies to the rear of the property having built in wardrobes/storage cupboards along with a window overlooking the rear garden.
