" We are pleased to present to market this substantial, 4 bed family home on Butterstile Lane, Prestwich. Not only a fantastic location, but also benefits from a huge garden. An excellent location, only a short walk into Prestwich Village, with a selection of great schools close by and just 1 mile from the M60 junction. This freehold property has been a much loved family home for over 40 years and is now ready for new owners.

The front of the property is full of character, with large bays windows, well kept garden and space for 2 cars on the drive.
