SITUATION
The property is within 1/2 a mile of Callington town centre and literally adjacent to the Callington Community College which has received an excellent Ofsted report. 

DESCRIPTION
The ex-local authority property has had a mundic (concrete screening) test carried out in recent years and the property was deemed as not being suitable for mortgage purposes and this is reflected in the asking price.   The property has until recently been let and is being offered for sale as a vacant property with an early date for vacant possession to suit the

The first floor has Three Bedrooms all off the landing plus Bathroom having three piece suite with electric shower over the bath and fitted shower screen.  Chrome ladder style heated towel rail.    From the first floor windows there are views to the town, church and Caradon Hill on Bodmin Moor.
