" SITUATION
The property is within 1/2 a mile of Callington town centre and opposite the Callington Community College which has received excellent Ofsted reports.

DESCRIPTION
The ex-local authority property is understood to be un-mortgageable since adjoining properties in the terrace have failed a Mundic test and this is reflected in the asking price.

ACCOMMODATION
The property is approached by a path up through the front garden to Entrance Porch with double glazed door and window with inner natural Pine door to Sitting room having Pine sided staircase off to one side and Pine surround to the fireplace with electric fire.
