To the ground floor is the reception hallway which leads to the main sitting room which enjoys a bay window and French doors leading directly out to the rear garden terrace. The sitting room has double doors through to the dining room which also capitalises on the views over the rear gardens. The kitchen has a selection of wall and base units with contrasting worksurfaces running through and opens onto the conservatory which is an ideal space to enjoy views over the garden.
