" This house has a lot to offer. As you drive up you realise that parking is not an issue as the drive can accommodate a minimum of 2 cars. The rest of the drive is private and gated. It's a pretty house too with a bow window and a canopy that stretches across.

Lets go inside... Through the front door and to your right is the lounge, a cosy room with the bow window drawing in the light. The rooms have recently been decorated in a modern style so you have nothing to do when you move in, other than to put up your own pictures.

From the lounge we enter the kitchen, with a reasonable amount of space and the extra benefit of the breakfast area. The patio doors lead you to a large conservatory where you will spend a lot of your time. There's plenty of space for your sofa, dining table and of course the kids stuff too.

The French doors lead you to the garden, which is a great size. Under the extension is the drive and the car port, which leads you to a mainly lawned garden, garage and shed. Lots of space to enjoy the outdoors, even in this weather.

Lets go back inside and upstairs....to your left is the second bedroom which is the extension. The room spans the whole depth of the house allowing space for many uses. Straight in front is your family bathroom, and to your right are two further bedrooms one double and the other a large singe.
