" On entering the property there is a entrance porch and access to the sitting / dining room with open fireplace which measures over 25ft in length. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen which has plenty of space and includes a breakfast bar and door to the side garden.
The three ground floor bedrooms lie towards the rear of the property with two of the bedrooms enjoying views onto the garden, the second bedroom also has access to a wine cellar. The ground floor is completed by the refitted family bathroom with separate shower.

On the first floor there is a large master bedroom suite with en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. There is also access to the storage room which subject to planning could be converted if you required additional bedroom or hobbies space.

The rear garden has been landscaped for easy maintenance and makes the most our of our sunny days, the garden is mainly laid to lawn with two large areas of shingle patio perfect for enjoying the sun.
