" An attractive individual detached family home built in the late 1990's to a unique design located on the outskirts of Pulborough. The well proportioned accommodation is approached by an entrance hall with a spacious downstairs cloakroom and a built-in coats cupboard. Off the hall there is a well fitted generous kitchen/dining room with a good range of wall and base units including a central island, door to outside, plenty of space for a dining table and door to a separate utility room. The triple aspect sitting room provides a real 'wow' factor with its vaulted ceiling and attractive window feature, door to the rear garden and double doors leading to the front garden and terrace. The ground floor master bedroom suite is of a good size and comprises two built-in wardrobe cupboards, airing cupboard and a modern fitted en-suite bathroom.
