" This is a deceptive, understated house, tucked away in a corner position, L-Shaped to its front brick paviour driveway, providing accommodation larger than would be anticipated from this front approach.

Walking out into the rear gardens is an unexpected delight, presenting surprisingly large, colourful and well stocked gardens, creating a superb setting. Looking back at the house from these gardens, in particular the well placed summerhouse at the top of the gardens, provides a very different aspect of this substantial family home.

Well proportioned four bedroomed family sized accommodation is served by an impressive entrance hall and open galleried landing. All the bedrooms are of good proportions, with the master bedroom being particularly spacious with the benefit of a walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.
