SITUATION
The property is situated in Addington within Liskeard and enjoys a
level approach to the town centre. Liskeard is a thriving market
town and known as the administrative centre of South East Cornwall.

Recent and ongoing roadwork improvements have made this part of
Cornwall very accessible. The A38 is dual carriageway, with the
exception of 6 miles via Plymouth to Exeter. Car ferries are
available from Plymouth to France and Spain and also a local
