" We are pleased to offer this attractive terrace house in Addington, which is of traditional construction being built of stone with some brick enjoying a level approach to the town centre and being well presented and offering accommodation which includes a porch, hall, lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. There is a good size garden to the rear within which is a studio.

SITUATION
The property is situated in Addington within Liskeard and enjoys a level approach to the town centre. Liskeard is a thriving market town and known as the administrative centre of South East Cornwall. Liskeard offers an excellent range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities. There is a mainline railway station, with a branch line to the fishing town of Looe. The city of Plymouth lies within commuting distance to the east.

SPORTING FACILITIES
Sporting facilities in the area are numerous. There is a sports centre in Liskeard with squash, badminton and tennis courts, indoor bowls, indoor heated swimming pool and gymnasium etc. There is a golf course near Looe and at the internationally renowned golf course at St Mellion with its two 18-hole golf courses. Boating, sea fishing and other water sports are available at Looe and Fowey and good bathing all along the South Cornish coast. Salmon and trout fishing is available on local rivers by joining the local angling club, with rainbow trout on Sibleyback and Colliford Reservoirs. Sibleyback also boasts a popular water sports facility.

COMMUNICATIONS
Recent and ongoing roadwork improvements have made this part of Cornwall very accessible. The A38 is dual carriageway, with the exception of 6 miles via Plymouth to Exeter.
