" An immaculately presented four bedroomed detached home - with a little secret something!

Stepping in through the front door in to the entrance hall, there is a ground floor cloaks/w.c., staircase to the first floor and doors off to both the lounge and the kitchen, which is very handy when your hands are full of shopping. No going through one room to get to another here.

The lounge has a large picture window to the front elevation and French doors into the dining room, which, when left open, provides a light and spacious feeling. Decorated in relaxing muted tones it makes a lovely space to 'chill'.

The stylish 'family' sized kitchen has a range of fitted pale wood effect units with black marble effect worktops, which incorporate a bespoke circular dining table in front of the French doors. Built-in cooking facilities include a 'double' electric, oven and grill with a ceramic hob and modern cooker hood. With an integrated dishwasher, single drainer sink unit and space for a washing machine. Door off to the utility/playroom and a door to the side elevation.

The utility/playroom has a double larder style unit and space for an American fridge freezer and lots of space for storage or toys.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom and Bedroom no. 3 are to the front of the property with large picture windows and Bedroom no. 2 is another double bedroom with large window to the rear. Bedroom no. 4 is presently used as a study and is to the rear.

The family bathroom comprises of a modern, white, three piece suite with a shower over the bath and fully tiled walls and an obscure window.

Outside, to front of the property is a lawned garden with mature herbaceous planting and driveway providing off-road parking.

To the rear is a lawned garden with hedging to the rear boundary and low level walls to the sides. There is mature herbaceous planting and a paved patio area.

As to the little secret something - when is a garage, not a garage? When it has been converted to provide storage with the Utility/Play room beyond - with the possibility of returning to a garage - if you really want one.   "
