" Ilford House is one of just two grand double fronted detached homes built by HOGG The Builder. The house is tucked away behind electric gates with a wonderful open view to the rear across its own garden and paddock extending to over 4 acres, yet it is conveniently situated just 3.5 miles north of York-s city walls.
