" A three bedroomed semi detached country cottage property which stands in a large plot and enjoys some stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Unfortunately the cottage has been recently neglected by tenants & does require some refurbishment & redecoration but offers lots of potential: front porch, sitting room, living room, fitted kitchen with open plan dining conservatory leading off, bathroom & stairs to 3 bedrooms. The property includes paved patio areas, 2 parking areas (with room for 4 cars), a brick built former garage, potting shed, garden sheds & greenhouse.

LOCATION This property leads off the B1253, a scenic route which follows the valley of the Gypsey Race, between the well regarded Wolds village of Rudston (a little over a mile away) and the east coast resort of Bridlington (about 5 miles away). The location of the property affords the property with some outstanding country views from almost every window.
The pretty village of Rudston is one of the oldest inhabited villages in England and lies in the picturesque Yorkshire Wolds. The village is famous for its Monolith which is believed to be the tallest standing stone in England and stands in the grounds of the All Saints Church.
GENERAL This property was purchased through Quick & Clarke in July 2006 at a price of ?193,500.
