" A spacious detached three bedroom bungalow with good sized well maintained and colourful garden occupying a pleasant corner position at the head of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The bungalow, which enjoys a southerly facing aspect to the front, was built in the late 1970's and now requires general modernisation and updating internally. Aunums Close is a highly regarded residential area particularly favoured for retirement purposes located on the south western perimeter of the village close to open countryside.
