This attractive period town house is situated a choice location within the historic city walls and in walking distance of York train station.

Dating from the turn of the century and constructed of attractive brick under a slate roof, the layout and design of the property is very representative of many of the fine terraced houses built at that time.

Arranged over three floors, the property is s a well presented and practical home with the benefit of cellar storage. The property opens from the front door with Georgian style surround into an entrance hallway. Off the hallway is access into both the lounge and dining room which has been opened up creating one sociable light and airy space. There is a traditional white fire surround with a log burner to the sitting room together with built-in shelves and cupboards to the alcoves within the dining room. Beyond the dining room is the kitchen with fitted units and work surfaces to both sides, built-in electric oven and hob and provision for appliances. A shower room to the rear of the kitchen completes the ground floor accommodation.

Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor and accommodation including two bedrooms and a bathroom comprising bath with shower, washbasin and WC.
