DESCRIPTION

Rushbrook House forms part of a parade of just four modern houses that were constructed by Prowting Homes approximately ten years ago. The houses stand in a glorious situation within easy reach of all facilities and amenities and yet still benefit from stunning views over open South Staffordshire countryside to the rear.

Rushbrook House provides exceptionally well proportioned living accommodation over two storeys which has been much improved by the current sellers. There is an excellent run of reception space to the ground floor together with a superbly organised arrangement of first floor bedrooms with a particularly fine principal suite of bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and shower room.

The house was originally constructed to a high standard and is still presented in an excellent internal fashion. The current sellers have installed new bathroom and shower room suites to the principal suite, they have carried out various internal upgrades and, most notably, created a superb suite of rooms above the garage block by converting the former store rooms with the installation of a shower room.

ACCOMMODATION

The house is approached through a large reception hall with a divided staircase with understairs storage cupboard, double glazed doors to the three principal living areas together with a useful cloaks cupboard and a fitted cloakroom. There is a stone fireplace set within an inglenook recess with windows to either side. The sitting room has two glazed doors from the hall, windows overlooking the rear garden and there is a study at the front providing a useful home working arena. The family kitchen has a fully fitted preparation area with a substantial number of storage units together with a co-ordinating breakfast island with granite top and five-ring Neff hob with stainless steel chimney above, there is a stainless steel Neff combination microwave oven, a stainless steel Technik electric oven and grill, an integrated fridge and freezer, an integrated Neff dishwasher, plumbing for a water supply to an American style fridge freezer and a peninsular unit leading to the breakfast / family area providing an informal dining space and double glazed doors to the dining conservatory with a chequer board black and white tiled floor, ceiling mounted paddle fan and views over the garden. The staircase rises from the reception hall to the first floor landing with a pull-down ladder giving access to a part-boarded loft which provides extensive further storage space and benefits from natural light from four windows with the potential for conversion to further bedrooms or storage rooms (STPP). One wing of the first storey provides a particularly fine main suite of bedroom with views to the rear, ensuite bathroom with a re-fitted, contemporary suite with a freestanding Jacuzzi bath, fully tiled shower and vanity unit.
