This is a detached bungalow situated in the Bradmore area of Wolverhampton. The accommodation consists of an entrance porch, hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen, family bathroom/w.c, two bedrooms, utility and a conservatory. Externally there are gardens to the front and rear, a driveway and a detached garage with workshop area. The property has double glazing as stated and gas central heating. EPC Rating awarded D.

Location

Bradmore is situated to the south west of Wolverhampton city centre, with access to a variety of local shops and schools. There is a post office as well as access to Bantock park. Wolverhampton can be accessed via Penn Road. Wolverhampton itself has a University, museums and an art gallery. There are several public parks in the city as well as a number of shopping centres. The city benefits from a mainline railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. The motorway network can be accessed via the M6,M5 and M54.

Viewing is essential to appreciate the size and layout of this detached bungalow set on a good sized plot. The property has an entrance porch with a timber and glazed entrance door which leads to a spacious hallway. The hallway has loft access, ceiling coving as well as access to the lounge. The lounge and dining room both have ceiling coving, a gas feature fireplace with hearth and surround, the lounge has the added benefit of having a double glazed bay window. The kitchen has coving to the ceiling, a gas/electric cooker point, a range of wall and base units, work surfaces, sink with double drainer unit, as well as a range of built in storage cupboards.
