" A beautifully presented three bedroom semi detached cottage in a charming rural hamlet on the outskirts of the market town of Bridgnorth enjoying grounds extending to just over 1.5 acres with a derelict timber framed outbuilding. Bridgnorth - 5.3 miles, Telford - 11.9 miles, Shrewsbury - 25.7 miles, Stourbridge - 13.9 miles, Wolverhampton - 11.8 miles, Birmingham - 28.4 miles. (All distances are approximate).

LOCATION Bradeney Farm Cottage lies on the outskirts of Worfield village, a delightful and convenient Shropshire location between Wolverhampton and Bridgnorth. The village remains unspoilt having a country pub, an excellent primary school, fine 12th Century church, tennis and cricket clubs, together with the delightful Davenport House and The Old Vicarage Restaurant and hotel. There are numerous footpaths and bridleways through glorious countryside. ACCOMMODATION Entering into the property from the front entrance a door gives access to the separate sitting/dining room. The room offers a feature brick fireplace and hearth with a log burner and an understairs cloaks cupboard. The rear breakfast kitchen offers a range of base and wall cupboards with drawers and a built-in dishwasher. There is an inset stainless steel sink unit and an electric range style cooker with a gas hob (fuelled by bottled gas) a stainless steel cooker hood over. A breakfast bar provides a useful seating area. The utility room leads off and houses the oil fired central heating boiler, there is plumbing for a washing machine and a door the cloakroom which has a WC and wash hand basin. The delightful lounge takes full advantage of views to the surrounding garden and countryside with patio doors and a further three windows. A central brick fireplace with a log burner is a particular feature to the room. From the hallway, stairs rise to the first floor where there are three good size bedrooms - The master bedroom is a lovely through room with windows to the front, side and rear aspects enjoying elevated views. There is a en-suite shower with WC and wash hand basin. A further family bathroom has a white suite which comprises of a bath with a shower attachment over, WC and wash hand basin. OUTSIDE The property is situated in a lovely location which offers two parking spaces to the front of the property. The garden extends to the rear and side of the property amounting to approximately one and a half acres. The garden is restricted to mainly agricultural use and currently has a gravel patio area, with extensive lawn beyond with trees and and in inset herb and vegetable plot sheltered by a beech hedge and a chicken run. There is a large derelict timber framed outbuilding positioned to the side of the property.
