" This two bedroomed home is situated in a popular residential area of Cannock which enjoys its own local facilities including some local convenience stores, schools and public transport. The property itself briefly comprises of two bedrooms in our opinion a good size family lounge with a conservatory of a fitted kitchen with built in electric oven and hob and a further door which leads to an enclosed side entrance with space which may lend itself to a utility area. The first floor has two nice bedrooms and a fitted white modern bathroom suite with a mixer shower over the bath. The property has the benefit of gas central heating and double glazing. There are neat fore and rear gardens and off road parking.

Having a range of matching base and wall units with complimentary work surfaces over a tiled splash backs built in oven and hob, tiled floor a gas central heating radiator and upvc double glazed window to the rear.
