Not far from the chateau, and backing onto a bridlepath you are within proximity to the countryside and yet only just on the outskirts of Droitwich Spa, and being situated with both road and motorway links, the property is in proximity to Droitwich town centre which itself offers a host of both local and national amenities to include library, post office, gp centre and a range of supermarkets, on the opposite side the property is in proximity to rural countryside, village pubs, canal walks and bridlepaths. This property offers the great position of being between both countryside and town centre access.

Our View

Impney Way - named after the Droitwich's famous chateau and being situated in proximity to the property itself, you will soon realise the opulent and regal design elements have been closely matched within this modern, exceptionally well presented property, everything from the boutique style family bathroom to the exquisite kitchen and dining room are all in my opinion tastefully decorated and presented to a high standard. I cannot decide what feature is the property main selling point as there are so many to choose from, keen gardeners will be impressed, while sun worshippers will enjoy the terrace and families just the size will please. the house offers a generous master bedroom with ensuite and fitted wardrobes, there are two further double bedrooms of good proportions and a very generous single. As previously mentioned and shown in the photos the family bathroom has been fitted to an impressive standard. Furthermore the lounge has the added benefit of a box bay with double opening patio doors and overlooking the well established interesting rear enclosed garden. In all, this is a fabulous home in a great location just ready for the picking!



Directions :-

From the office leaving Droitwich on the Hanbury Road, go over the first mini roundabout and carry straight on, then at the second roundabout take the first turning left into Impney Way where the property can be found up on the left.
