" A well presented period semi detached family home offering deceptively spacious accommodation over three floors enjoying a private westerly rear aspect with superb far reaching views across the city.

Route to the Property From Worcester city centre proceed into Sidbury, turning right at the traffic lights in Commandery Road and first left into Greenhill Bath Road. At the the T-junction turn right into Woolhope Road and continue along Woolhope Road where the property will be found on the right hand side as indicated by the Agents To Let board. Services All mains services are connected. Accommodation A well presented period semi-detached family home offering two reception rooms and three bedrooms over three floors.
On the ground floor is a sitting room to the front with bay window and gas fire (for decorative purposes only) and lounge to the rear with gas fire (for decorative purposes only) and double glazed doors to the garden, kitchen dining room being fully fitted with a range of wall and floor mounted units and cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.

Availability The property is available for an initial period of six months as an unfurnished Assured Shorthold tenancy.
