We are pleased to present this modern semi detached property in Worcester. The property comprises of hallway, downstairs toilet/shower room, fitted kitchen, lounge, separate dining room, three double bedrooms, family bathroom, outside courtyard area with shed and off road parking for two cars. Early viewing highly recommended

IMPORTANT NOTE TO RENTERS:

All properties are available for a minimum of six months, with the exception of short term accommodation. Pets may be allowed by express permission of the landlord, also some landlords prefer no children or smokers. Prospective tenants must satisfy a credit reference and a previous landlords reference, if applicable (credit, business bank and accountants references in the case of self-employed or company tenancies).
