The accommodation comprises of a entrance/dining hall, kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and storage area, sitting room with a feature fire place, study, three bedrooms (access to bedroom three through bedroom two), en-suite off the master bedroom and family bathroom. The property also benefits from a large driveway, garage and gardens. The EPC rating is band D. All new tenancies are subject to fees, please see our fee statement or contact your local branch for details.

By way of a guide we currently charge an application, reference and administration fee of ยฃ225 including VAT for the first applicant and ยฃ65 including VAT for each additional applicant.
