The M5 motorway junction number 6 is very accessible and the cathedral city of Worcester is approximately 5 miles distant. Worcester has a direct rail service to Birmingham and London Paddington. ROUTE TO THE PROPERTY From Junction 6 of the M5 motorway take the A4538 signposted to Droitwich. Continue for about 1.2 miles passing Worcester Rugby Club on your left hand side before taking a right hand turn signposted to Smite and Lower Smite Farm. Steps lead off this landing down to the master bedroom with superb south and westerly views towards the Malverns.
There is an en-suite shower room with tiled shower cubicle with Grohe shower unit, corner vanity wash hand basin and WC. The property has two further double bedrooms on the first floor togther with a well appointed bathroom with a separate tiled shower cubicle with Grohe shower unit.
A staircase leads to the second floor double bedroom four with good views towards the Malverns through a double glazed Velux roof light. THE APPROACH Fern house is approached over a communal driveway leading to its private gravel driveway fronting the house and the detached brick and tile double garage with two sets of double timber doors and power and lighting.
