Lovely, traditional 3-bedroom cottage, newly decorated throughout, situated in the popular village of Callow End.  The property is double glazed, with gas-fired central heating, powered by a newly installed, efficient boiler.  

The accommodation consists of, downstairs, hall with storage cupboard, living room with real flame gas fire, kitchen diner with new gas cooker and under-counter space for washing machine and dishwasher, large conservatory, bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, boiler room with useful storage space. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a good sized single bedroom.

To the front of the house is a driveway with parking for one car, and a small, mature front garden. There is a padlocked gate to the side of the house, leading to the back of the property. The attractive, sunny back garden has a small patio outside the conservatory, with steps leading up to lawn, flower beds and mature trees. At the top of the garden is a further small patio area and a shed.   

The property is situated on a quiet lane in Callow End, with views to the front across fields and the River Severn. The village has good local amenities including a village shop, two popular pubs, a small first school, a playing field and a riding stables. The Village Hall and Club both offer frequent entertainment and several popular events take place in the village throughout the year. The area is ideal for country-lovers, with many beautiful walks in the surrounding Old Hills and along the nearby river.
