      There can be few houses so beautifully presented as number 2 The Sidings.

      It is set in the village of Newnham Bridge which is about twelve miles east of Ludlow and from which there is relatively easy access to the West Midlands and Worcester. Just a short drive away is the popular town of Tenbury Wells where there is a wide variety of specialist shops and other facilities.

      Number 2 The Sidings was built in 2006 and the present owners have occupied it since that time. It has been exceptionally well maintained. The kitchen has ample wall and base units and there is an integral oven and gas hob. The sitting/dining room at the rear has windows overlooking the delightful rear garden and there is a door giving access to a very useful conservatory with an electric panel heater and double doors leading outside. Also on the ground floor is a useful cloaks/WC and store cupboard.

      Stairs rise to the first floor landing. The spacious main bedroom has two windows to the front and a fully tiled en-suite shower room with WC and wash hand basin. Two further double bedrooms at the rear overlook the garden. The main bathroom has a white suite of bath, WC and wash hand basin.

      The delightfully landscaped rear garden is a special feature and measures approximately 70' x 21'. It is fenced at the rear and on both sides to ensure its relative privacy.

      To the rear of the house is a decking area, an ideal spot for al fresco dining, which leads down to a level lawn which has a feature rustic archway with raised flower beds either side leading through to a further area containing a variety of shrubs, plants and trees. At the rear of the garden is a timber shed. There is a side access from the front leading into the rear garden.

      At the front of the property there is a hard standing area for parking which leads to the integral garage, which is presently used as a workshop and store with electric light and power points. To the side of the drive is an easy to maintain fore garden and in one corner a flower bed containing mature shrubs and bushes.
