DIRECTIONS
From Teme Street, Tenbury Wells head south on the A4112 via Market Street and Cross Street and after approximately 0.2 mile turn right onto Berrington Road.  Proceed for 0.5 mile and Roseland will be found on the left hand side.

SITUATION
Roseland is situated on the heights of the desirable Berrington Road and is within walking distance of the town centre.  The property enjoys south facing views over open countryside.  The market town of Tenbury Wells offers many facilities including a variety of shops and services, a library, a doctors’ surgery, primary and secondary schools, a cottage hospital, cinema and a range of clubs and societies.

DESCRIPTION

Stairs from the hall lead up to the first floor landing off which is a double bedroom and en-suite with bath, pedestal basin, wc and loft access; and a single bedroom leading through to extensive storage in a part boarded and insulated loft space.

OUTSIDE
To the front of the property is a brick paved driveway with parking for up to four cars, and leading to an attached walk through and garage with metal up and over door, power and light.


A path leads across the front lawned garden and paths also provide access around the sides of the bungalow to the large and appealing rear garden which is mostly laid to lawn with delightful flower and shrubbery borders, and also has an apple tree and a vegetable garden. A timber summer house is set to one corner and a most useful garden store/basement/cellar has access from the garden.

The raised brick paved terrace is perfect for entertaining whilst enjoying the gardens and wonderful views.
