" A charming and quirky detached cottage, situated in a quiet location in Upper Welland, Malvern Wells. Originally built in 1860, it was the food hall for the Malvern Wells school; in 1960 it became the Women's Institute Hall and in 1986 became a private residence. The property is a conversion and comprises; a spacious living area, partially vaulted ceiling with staircase rising to the first floor. The living area opens onto gardens with a cast iron wood burner, kitchen dining room, rear lobby with back door and pantry, downstairs bathroom. To the first floor are two double bedrooms and a box room/study which is currently being used as a third bedroom and has the potential to be converted into a second bathroom. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, built-in wardrobes and a balcony overlooking the gardens and up towards the Malvern Hills. The majority of the private gardens are to the side with double gated access for off-road parking, patio seating, lawn and a pond; the garden also backs onto woodland which is protected and cannot be built on.
