" Barley Hall is an exquisite and stylish family home in the popular rural Worcestershire village of Castlemorton.

Description

With charming period features throughout, extensive parking, a detached double garage, beautiful gardens and five bedrooms this is the perfect family home.

A wooden gate opens to the private fore garden and sweeping driveway that has space for several vehicles and leads to the detached double garage.

The canopied porch leads to the front door which opens into a spacious entrance hall where doors lead off to the reception and dining room. A bespoke solid wood and wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor, and below is a useful storage cupboard and the guest cloakroom. The entire downstairs is fitted with solid wood flooring.

To the right of the hallway is the welcoming dual aspect reception room. Oozing with character and charm there is a central feature fireplace with open fire, exposed beams, cast iron radiators and a door opening out to the rear patio area.

The dining room is also dual aspect, with exposed beams and cast iron radiators and opens to the magnificent kitchen breakfast room.

Castlemorton is a village and civil parish with a vibrant local community, village hall, a well regarded Primary school, two popular inns and many farms and houses.

Further afield it is within twenty miles of Cheltenham, Gloucester and Worcester combining a beautiful rural setting with good access to business and commercial hubs.

The Malvern Hills and surrounding commons are a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty stretching to over a hundred square kilometres protected from development and urban sprawl. Much of it is further safeguarded by the National Trust and has sssi status protecting rare fauna and flora.
